IMPORTANT MUST READ!

If you’re looking to get a tattoo from Sean Johnston, please read the information below carefully

Brainstorming:

  • Describe your tattoo idea in full detail, and the location on your body where you would like the tattoo.

  • Please include any reference photos. These images are important because they will allow Sean to properly visualize the tattoo.

  • Please also send a photo of the location on your body where you would like the tattoo done.

  • It is important to make sure that the project is a good match for Sean before we can discuss available appointment dates and accept deposits.

 

Design:

  • At the beginning of your first appointment, we will discuss and finalize your tattoo design. 

  • If your tattoo design includes a coverup, please send a photo of the current tattoo you want covered.

  • All coverups require an in person consult before scheduling. This allows Sean to see the tattoo in person and verify he can achieve the desired outcome. 

Pricing:

  • Our standard rate is $1000 per session and Sean’s  average session is usually around 5 hours. 

  • Smaller tattoos require the studio minimum of $500 – this will cover up to 2.5 hours of work. If the tattoo requires time beyond that, each additional hour will be billed at $200 per hour.

 

Payment and Deposits:

  • Payments are due immediately at the end of each session.

  • We only accept cash and cards for payment. There is  a 3% processing fee on card payments. 

  • A $100 deposit is necessary to secure your appointment  Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

  • If you need to change the date of your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you must let us know with in 48 hours, a new deposit will be required to reschedule. 

Appointment:

  • Please do not drink alcohol prior to your session – this may cause excessive bleeding, and can prolong the healing process. 

  • Please bring your own lunch and snacks. Tattoos are much less painful and your artist is able to work more proficiently when your body is nourished and fed. We have a refrigerator and a microwave free to use at any time.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without any notification, the session will be canceled without any refund.

 

Health Concerns and Conditions:

  • As for any health problems, allergies, and contraindications - please warn us about this in advance

  • Once your appointment is confirmed we will send you a link for a client waiver. Please fill out the waiver at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Upon your arrival at the studio, we will confirm that the information on your waiver is correct. Acquire a photo of your government issued ID for our records. Proper forms of identification include your driver's license or any government issued ID.  

 

Closing Statement:

  • In paying your deposit, you agree to the entire policy above, and agree that the deposit cannot be refunded for any reason whatsoever.

  • We make sure to respond to emails as soon as possible but receive many inquiries. Please be patient and we will reply to you as soon as we can.
